Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned real estate agencies daily.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agency managers.
- Generate and qualify leads through agency networking.
- Conduct a minimum number of daily meetings as assigned.
- Promote company projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate client meetings and property viewings.
- Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel for agency visits.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
