Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Set up and configure new computers, user accounts, email accounts, and peripheral devices.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Join computers to the domain and configure shared folders, network drives, and printer access.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex hardware, software, and network issues to senior IT engineers.
- Perform routine system updates, antivirus installation, and security patching.
- Support IT asset inventory, including maintaining records of laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories.

Create and update support tickets, document troubleshooting steps, and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist in hardware replacement, software deployment, and office IT setup activities.
- Follow IT policies, security standards, and helpdesk procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and computer hardware.
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, networking fundamentals, and remote support tools.

- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of IT security practices, antivirus software, and endpoint protection.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Modern Desktop Administrator) are an advantage.
