Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and business partners.
  • Identify and onboard new brokers and channel partners to expand the company’s network.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions with brokers.
  • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely response to clients and brokers.
  • Coordinate property viewings, project presentations, and sales meetings.
  • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and relationship-building targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and broker interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support company participation in property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
