Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and business partners.
- Identify and onboard new brokers and channel partners to expand the company’s network.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions with brokers.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely response to clients and brokers.
- Coordinate property viewings, project presentations, and sales meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and relationship-building targets.

Maintain accurate records of client and broker interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support company participation in property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
- Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
